This is at the core of the H+ communications planning approach, and as such we needed someone who similarly understands and embraces the fact that the rather binary approach that others take to understanding “consumers” is out-dated; and that a new vernacular and product is required.

We are thus delighted to announce the appointment of Guy Hearn as Director of Product and Innovation.

Guy will report to Stephen Li, and the H+ leadership exco, and continue to be based in Singapore.
